Phidim,balatkaar garne balak pakrau. PHIDIM: A boy has been arrested for raping a minor in Panchthar on Sunday. Pradip Biswakarma (17) from Lumphawun-1, Panchthar was nabbed on charge of raping a six-year-old girl, said District Police Office (DPO), Panchthar. According to parents of the victim, Bishwakarma had raped the girl on Friday in a maize field. He had called the girl in the field promising her to give some maizes. Biswakarma was arrested based on the complaint filed by parents of the victim, said DSP Dipak Pokharel. The victim is undergoing treatment at Panchthar hospital. Biswakarma is taken to the DPO for further investigation.
