Dang,Sasura ko kutai bata buhari ghaitey Mamata Basnet, 28, of Rudrapur in Manpur VDC-6 has been injured when her father-in-law Bal Bahadur Basnet assaulted her on August 17. A neighbor of the woman, Keshar Bahadur Dangi informed that she was attacked with an iron rod in the head by Bal Bahadur who was drunk. The incident is learnt to have prompted by a family dispute. Critically injured Mamata is being treated at Rapti Zonal Hospital. Hemantapur police station’s ASI Khadka Bahadur Dangi said that Bal Bahadur was arrested following a verbal complaint by the neighbors. G
