MAHENDRANAGAR: Federation of Nepali Journalists Kanchanpur Chapter Chairperson Laxman Tiwari was attacked in his village in Aithanpur, Bhimdatta municipality, on Sunday night. According to the victim, someone by the name Pankaj Chand attacked him when he had come out of home upon hearing a woman crying in the neighbourhood at night. After being hit by the lid of a pressure cooker on his head, Tiwari has been receiving treatment at Mahakali Zonal Hosptial.
