Two injured in a clash between CPN-UML and coalition cadres in Palpa during Candidates' door-to-door campaign under local level election

Two persons were injured in a clash between CPN-UML and coalition party cadres on May 2, during the  Candidates' door-to-door campaign for local level election in Palpa Rampur municipality-10.  During the clash Dillu Raj Neupane and Jiban Pariyar were injured because they were chanting slogans. 

Nepali Congress Rampur issued a statement accusing CPN-UML cadres of trying to disrupt the coalition's election campaign. Rampur Municipal Chairperson Netra Prasad Bhattarai informed that the clash took place at the same time. 

Khanal said that the incident took place while coordinating to a meeting between the coalition and the CPN-UML's campaign team. Nepali Congress, on the other hand, has accused CPN-UML'S cadres of physically assaulting them at the place where the alliance was formed. Some vehicles used in the campaign were also damaged during the clash.
