CPN-UML cadres injured in Maoist (Centre) cadres' attack in Kanchanpur

CPN (Maoist Centre)'s cadres have physically assaulted CPN-UML cadres in Kanchanpur. According to CPN-UML Kanchanpur district committee deputy-secretary Karna Bahadur Chand, Maoist cadres beat UML cadres Anju Chaudhary and Rajendra Prashad Awasthi of Bhimdutta Municipality-19.
Anju sustained injury on her head and chest, while Awasthi received injury on his chest. Maoist Centre and CPN (Unified Socialist) took out a joint rally in Bagphant on Wednesday.
UML filed a complaint against Maoist cadres Birendra Chand and Raghubir Dhami at the police ccusing them of the assault.
