Bardiya, aafnai babu dwara teen barsiya balika baltkrit. A 3-year-old girl has been raped by her own father on August 25. According to the elder sister of the victim, grandmother of the child had found out about the incident hearing the girl's cry. Mother of the girl is in Dubai for employment as the financial condition of the family is weak. The accused has absconded after the incident. The victim is undergoing treatment at Bheri Zonal Hospital in Nepalgunj. DSP Sushil Singh Rathor of the District Police Office said that brother of the accused has been arrested for investigation from Nepal-India border in Rupadiya.
