Police arrested Mahendra Thapa, 29, and Mahendra Thapa, 28, of Tamankhola rural municipality-1, on June 10, on the charge of physically assaulting Arjun Kumar Yadav, an engineer of the rural municipality on May 28. The accused physically assaulted the victim over a dispute during the construction of building Buddha Basic Scooll in Tamankhola rural municipality-1.
