Bali Ram Nepali, 28, of Bhadaure VDC-9 has been arrested by the police on September 3 on charge of attempting to rape a 28-year-old women with intellectual disability. The victim had lodged an FIR against the accused at District police office on September 4 accusing him of attempting to rape her on September 1 while she was at her room. The accused has been charged under rape attempt based on the complaint lodged by the victim, said Inspector Gautam Mishra of DPO.
