Police arrested 61-year-old man Lal Thapa Magar of Kepilasgadhi rural municipality-4, on June 30, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old minor girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on June 28 alleging that the accused sexually assaulted the victim on June 27.
