Complaint lodged against youth on the charge of raping a teen in Sunsari

Family members of a 13-year-old girl lodged a complaint against 19-year-old, Jayakumar Rai, of Barahakshetra Municipality-1 in Sunsari on the charge of raping the minor girl in Mahendranagar, on July 5. The accused has absconded after the complaint was lodged against him. The girl is being examined at the District Hospital. Police are further investigating the incident.
