A labour working in the construction of hospital in Tanjakot Rural municipality has sustained serious injury after being assaulted. The labor Khemraj Sarki was beaten by Tirtharaj Shahi, the brother Dambar Shahi who operates the construction company building the hospital, according to Khemraj's relative Bishnu Basyal. Tirtharaj reportedly beat Khemraj after he refused to accept a date expired biscuit in compensation for his work. The victim sustained serious injury on his head. A case has been registered against the assaulter, stated police.
