Arina Rai,17, has filed a complaint against her husband Mimbey Rai ,23,of Aakhesalla VDC-1,in the DPO.According to victim her husband had married another woman Parsaral Limbu,21,of Tanghkuwa VDC-4 on August 24. Police have arrested , Mimbey from his home on August 24 on charge of polygamy.The arrestee are under investigation said by District Police Office, inspector Sesh Raj Thandaar.
