Morang, Kuttpit ghatanama sanlangra giraftar. A 24yrs man Suman Mangranti got beaten by his father in law and uncle for inter caste marrige on 19th august. Police have arrested his father in law Bhim Khatiwada and uncle Baburam Neupane.
