Man arrested on the charge of raping a teenage girl in Siraha

Police arrested Raj Kumar BK a 38-year-old man of Golbazar municipality-10, on August 1 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old teenage girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on August 1 alleging that the accused raped her on July 12. The victim's mother claimed that there was a delay in lodging a complaint because they were forced to settle the incident in the village.
