Police arrested Khumnath Sharma a 66-year-old man of Beni municipality-1, on August 10, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old teenage boy. The victim's side lodged the complaint on August 10, alleging that the accused sexually assaulted the victim on the same day.
