Police arrested 50-year-old Rajendra Chaudhary of Agnisair Krishna Sawaran rural municipality-5 in Saptari  on August 24, on the charge of murdering his 17-year-old son Bishal Chaudary.

According to the police, the accused murdered the victim on August 22 night. Police further added that since the victim had epilepsy, he fainted and fell on the floor when his father kicked him in his stomach repeatedly when he was bleeding from his ear due to injury oh his head. The victim's maternal uncle lodged a complaint against the accused on August 25 against the accused.
