Police have arrested Gajendra Rai, 30, of Nunthala VDC-5 on September 8 on charge of assaulting Axuilliary Nursing Midwife Smita Rai, 21, posted at sub-healthpost in Nunthala VDC. She was assaulted on September 7 following which she filed a complaint against him at the District Police Office, ASI Manoj Yadav informed. She said, "He had come to the post with his sick child. I gave him citamol but still he assaulted me". ASI Yadav said that police had initiated investigation process.
