Keshav Mandal a local youth of Janaknandani rural municipality-5 in Dhanusha was arrested on the charge of misbehaving and physically assaulting a teacher of Rashtriya Primary School on August 26. He is accused of assaulting school teacher Poonam Mandal and teacher Mohammad Kalam. Police Constable Niranjan Ghimire of Area Police Office Khajuri informed that a case related to indecent behavior has been filed against him. The victim alleged that the dispute started after a group of local youth tried to look through the attendance of the teacher. After the incident, the principal of the school, Durga Mandal, lodged a complaint on the charge of indecent behavior against the youth.
