Morang/September 12 Yuvraj Khadka, 20, and Suman Dhobi, 23, of Darbesa VDC-2 have been remanded in jail on September 12 by the District Court on charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. The order was issued by the bench of Rishiram Niraula. The accused had raped the girl at Patuwabari on August 15. The girl’s family had filed a complaint against them at Rangeli Area Police Office on the same day. The girl was taken to Koshi Zonal Hospital for medical checkup. Inspector Narendra Kunwar said the case file had been submitted at the court after all procedures. Third accused of the case, Dipen Mandal, 25, of Rangeli Municipality-2 has remained absconding. S
