Sexagenarian man arrested on the charge of raping a woman in Dhanusha

Police arrested Bishweshwor Mukhiya, a 60-year-old man of Bideha municipality-3, on October 19 on the charge of raping a 35-year-old woman. According to the police, the accused raped the victim on October 17, under the pretext of being traditional healer by entering her home.
