An IED went off near Sharada Secondary School polling center in Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-2 of Dhangadhi. The IED went off outside the polling center while the voting was ongoing according to DSP Bed Prakash Joshi. Although there was a brief tension due to the incident voting resumed as normal according to the DSP Joshi.
