Complaint lodged against a youth on the charge of raping a woman with physical disability in Siraha; accused absconded

A complaint was lodged against Chandan Yadav a 20-year-old youth of Sukhipur municipality-3, on December 16, on the charge of raping a 35-year-old woman with a physical disability. According to the police, the accused raped the victim on August 13. The mother of the victim alleged that after the victim was suspected to be pregnant, the rape incident was disclosed. The police alleged that the accused absconded.
