A complaint was registered against Ram Hari Khadka a 25-year-old man of Melamchi municipality-9 in Sindhupalchok on January 5 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teenage girl. According to the police, the victim's father had filed the complaint accusing Khadka of raping the girl on January 2. Police are further investigating the incident.
