Humla, Kishori balatkaar aropma pakrau. Humla/ September 26 A 16-year-old boy has been arrested by the police from Yangchuan police post on September 24 on charge of raping a 9-year-old girl. The victim's mother had lodged a complaint at police post on September 22. She underwent medical checkup at district hospital of Simkot. The accused would be charged after investigation, said DSP Krishna Bahadur Kunwar.
