Police arrested Prakash Rokka a 20-year-old man of Dhankuta municipality-4 on January 9 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old minor girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on January 8 alleging that the accused sexually assaulted her on January 7.
