16-year-old teenager arrested on the charge of raping a minor girl in Lalitpur

Police arrested a 16-year-old teenage boy from Lalitpur metropolis-15 on January 30 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old minor girl. The victim's side lodged a complaint on January 29 alleging that the accused raped her on January 17 by tempting and luring her into his home. The victim's family alleged that the complaint was lodged late since the accused pressured them.
