Police arrested 29-year-old Devaranjan Sada, 26-year-old Ramgen Sada, and 21-year-old Ramkisun Sada of Naraha rural municipality-4 from Siraha on January 30 on the charge of gang-raping an 18-year-old teen girl. According to the victim's side, the accused along with Bhagat Sada a 24-year-old youth gang-raped her on January 29. According to the police, Bhagat is on the run and the police are searching for his whereabouts.
