Police arrested Ramesh Pokharel a 62-year-old man of Siranchowk rural municipality-4 on the charge of raping an 11-year-old girl. According to the police, the accused raped her on February 3 and one other time. According to the police, the accused used to touch in the private parts of the police by giving her Rs. 50-100.
