Police arrested Dhiraj Kumar Pandit a 22-year-old man of Koiladi rural municipality-5, on February 14 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old teenage girl. According to the victim, the accused under the pretext of getting married raped her on October 9, 2022, and took her to Bhimnagar Bazar in India. According to the victim, the accused raped her in India by threatening her and on February 7, she called her home when she was alone and her family was able to rescue her.
