Police arrested a 31-year-old man of Binayee Tribeni rural municipality on February 21, on the charge of raping his 11-year-old teen daughter. According to the police, the victim lodged the complaint on February 21 alleging that her father raped her on January 25. The victim has been staying with her maternal uncle after her father has been physically and mentally assaulting her for three years.
