Police arrested 27-year-old Binod Poudel of Belka municipality-9 in Udayapur on February 23 on the charge of murdering his 20-year-old wife Unisha Khatri Poudel in a Khukuri attack. According to the police, the accused charged the victim with a khukuri in Jalpa Banglung community forest located at Belka municipality-6. Police are further investigating the incident.
