Madan Singh Dhami the ward chairperson of Malikarjun rural municipality-3 in Darchula district has been accused of raping a woman on February 3. According to the police, the victim accused the ward chairperson of raping her on February 3 night. The ward chairperson has gone on the run after a complaint was lodged against him in connection with the incident. Police are looking for the accused.
