Police arrested Bhagwati Harijan a 20-year-old youth also known as Sunil of Susta rural municipality-2 in Nawalparasi West on February 26 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teen girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on February 26 alleging that the accused raped her on February 25 while returning home after working in the field.
