Case Filed Against Accused Rapist

District Police Office, Jhapa has registered a case of rape against Ram Krishna Gautam, 46, of Jalthal VDC-8 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
According to the police, the accused had raped the girl in the morning of October 16. An FIR was filed against him on October 17 prompting his arrest, SP Mukunda Acharya said.
Medical checkup of the girl was conducted at Mechi Zonal Hospital, Bhadrapur on October 17.
