Saptari, Balatkar prayash ko arop ma ujuri. Arrest warrant has been issued against Ashish Lal Yadav, 40, and Umesh Kumar Yadav, 35, of Itahari Bishnupur VDC-3 on October 17. They are wanted in connection of attempted rape of a 25-year-old woman on September 13. The woman filed a complaint on September 14 saying that the men had entered her under-construction home when her husband was not around and tried to rape her. Medical checkup of the woman was conducted at Zonal Hospital in Rajbiraj on September 15. The government attorneys prepared a charge-sheet a case of rape against the Yadavs. The police filed the case at the District Court on October 16.
