A complaint was lodged against Laxman BK a 21-year-old youth of Channeshwor rural municipality-2 in Dang on April 6 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old teen girl. According to the police, the accused allegedly raped the victim on March 30 night in Tulsipur metropolis-18. Police have started a lookout for the accused who went on the run.
