Man arrested on the charge of raping a 20-year-old youth in Jhapa

Police arrested Cholraj Bhujel a 41-year-old man of Mechi municipality-11 in Jhapa on April 10 on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman. According to the victim, the accused raped her by taking her to a cottage near Kankai municipality-4. Area Police Office Anarmani is further investigating the incident.
