Police arrested Arjun Bishwakarma a 28-year-old man of Falelung rural municipality-7 on April 15, on the charge of raping a 15-year-old teen girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on April 15 alleging that the accused raped the victim on April 14.
