20-year-old Birendra Kewat of Siyari rural municipality-3 of Rupandehi sustained serious injury after an unidentified group fired shot at him on April 19 evening. According to the police, the accused tried to loot mobile phone of the victim and after shot him after failing to loot. The victeim sustained serious injury on his leg and was sent to Lumbini provincial hospital in Butwal for treatment. Police  are further investigating the incident.
