Police arrested Karma Tamang a 22-year-old man of Mandandeupur municipality-2 on the charge of raping two 14-year-old minor girls. According to the police, the accused raped the victims by taking them to a hotel located at Bhaktapur municipality-10 on April 28 by tempting them.
