Minister of law who is a science graduate have not studied the Law has registered a bill for the advantage for rapist by proposing to reduce the punishment for the rapist and other crimes in the new country act. The Bill submitted in the parliament by the Law Minister, Acharya have decreased 3 years punishment for the gang rape, and 1 year less from the current country act for those women who are above 18 yrs old . While there is the growing no. of rape case Acharya have proposed for reducing the punishment. Women rights activist who are demanding to increase the punishment and make the law strong for the rapist whereas the Law Minster Acharya, have proposed to reduced the punishment.
