December 15, District Police Office has arrested Santosh Lungeli, 23, of Bandrechok, Chitwan and currently living in Lekhnath Municipality-13 on December 15 on charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The girl’s mother had filed a complaint against him at District Police Office on December 15 saying the incident had occurred on December 13. Inspector Gautam Mishra said that the police managed to arrest the absconding accused and that the investigation process had been forwarded. Medical checkup of the girl was conducted at Western Regional Office on December 15. S
