Siraha, Balatkar prayash ka aropit lai adalat ma safai. District Court of Siraha has ordered a clean chit to Chandra Prakash Yadav, 18, of Silorwa Pachawari VDC-9 and Marich Man Paswan, 22, of the same place on December 15. They were accused of attempting to rape a 15-year-old girl on August 20. A single bench of District Court Judge Binod Kumar Pokhrel issued the verdict regarding the case, said attorney Hem Chandra Regmi. He further said that the court ordered a clean chit due to the lack of enough evidence provided by the victim. The accused were remanded in custody since September 18. The victim's family had lodged a complaint against them at District Police Office on September 3 and the accused were arrested on the same day. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital on September 3.
