Jaukala Regmi of Pandusen VDC-8 has lodged a complaint against her husband Jung Regmi at district police office on December 28 for depriving her and children of food and expelling her from the house. The victim complained that she was assaulted and threatened by her husband for not giving a birth to a baby boy. She added that the accused had married a second wife three years ago. The incident will be investigated and both parties will be summoned for discussion based on the complaint lodged by the victim, said SI Ram Prakash Shah.
