Saptari District Court on December 21 convicted 36-year-old Dinesh Kumar Sah of Rajbiraj for polygamy and made deposit a fine of Rs 25,000. Hearing the complaint filed by his first wife Punam, 29, district judge Nawaraj Dahal passed the order. Similarly, Phul Kumari Chaudhary of Malhaniya-6 has been left in a lurch with her two little sons after her husband tied the knot with another woman.
