Siraha/Feb 21

Two girls – one 14-year-old and another 19-year-old – have filed FIR at the District Police Office, Siraha on February 20 against Ram Ganesh Mahato, 29, of Sakhipur VDC-6 and Ram Sagar Yadav, 25, of ward no. 8 of same VDC on February 20. The girls accused the duo of raping them while they had gone out in the field to defecate in the evening of February 19. The victim underwent health check-up at district hospital Siraha on February 20. According to Inspector Raj Kumar Shahi of the DPO, search for the absconding duo is ongoing.
