The security system in Baglung Constituency-1 has been beefed up considering the possible security threats during the by-election scheduled for April 11. The date of the by-election in the constituency is fixed for April 11 after the demise of NC lawmaker Hari Bahadur Khadka, who was elected from the Constituency, died in a road accident on December 3 last year. After a field visit of the Constituency, Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs Surya Prasad Silwal said that the Ministry has managed a special security system in the Constituency after analyzing the possible security threats from different forces. Home Secretary Silwal and Inspector General of Nepal Police Upendra Kanta Aryal and other high-ranking officials recently visited the Constituency.
