Police have arrested a so called Trantrik and astrologer Harihar Acharya on charge of sexually harassing a 16-year-old boy. According to the police he has rented a room in Bhatbhateni. Many people from Nepali film industries are believed to visit him for good luck for their film. The victim, a 16-year-old boy was abducted by the culprit and forced to perform sexual activities. The boy had used a hidden camera to record a video of the sexual abuse to expose the crime after Acharya meted him with physical and mental torture and death threats.
