Man arrested for soliciting hateful comments against woman on facebook

Police arrested Bishnu Kumar Adhikari aka Sagar, 25, from Kathmandu yesterday for fomenting hatred and soliciting comments for and against a woman through the social networking site Facebook.
According to the Metropolitan Police Crime Division, Sagar was involved in the character assassination of the woman and sharing lewd messages through her Facebook account.
