Police arrested a fugitive, who had been accused in a murder case, from Hetauda on Wednesday. The arrested has been identified as Dinesh Syangbo, 18, of Gogan. Dinesh had been absconding after he thrashing Shiva Raj Moktan of Dandakharka in April 4, 2015. Police said that the accused was presented in the district court on Thursday. The court had sent the accused to Bhimphedi Regional Prison.
